So I waited awhile to post this particular shoot because I really wanted to do his pictures justice. A remarkable fellow truly… I was going for a canvas or painting look with his photos and really wanted to bring out the texture in the surroundings. His mother has a great collection of old records and we threw those about to include them in the pictures. And yet what I enjoyed most was collaborating with Mr. J and hearing his plans for the future. I hope these few pictures hold up to his personality and his character. He reminds me of the ultimate Jazz, sleek, beat-nick musician. A chip off the old block really! I love the slacks and black sweater! True mute colors of musical theater and stage!
